How do I book an appointment?Please ring (01522 543213) or email (info@castledentallincoln.co.uk) and we will book an appointment that is convenient for you. If you need to cancel or change an appointment please give us as much notice as possible so we can offer your appointment to someone else.

What do I do if I have a dental emergency and need urgent help?Please telephone the practice on 01522 543213 as soon as possible. We will do everything we can to help you. The earlier in the day that you ring, the more likely you are to be seen that same day and at a time that suits you best. If we cannot see you ourselves, we will find someone that can help you.

I'm really scared of the dentist, can you help me?Many people feel a bit nervous at the thought of seeing the dentist, particularly a new dentist. Sometimes this fear is so severe it will stop people coming to see us unless they are in severe pain. Whatever your problem is we can help! Our dentists are super friendly and will do everything they can to make you feel comfortable. We have loads of experience and pride ourselves in making sure our patients have a relaxed and pain-free experience. If you haven’t been to the dentist in a long time you may be worried about how much treatment you need. Most of the time it is no where near as bad as you imagine. The biggest thing is picking up the phone and making the appointment! The more regularly you come and see us, the less daunting the experience is and better you will feel.

How often should I visit the dentist?Each patient is different and has very different needs. Your dentist will advise you on the best care routine for you. Regular check ups allow us to keep an eye on things, and notice any deterioration in the health of your teeth and gums quickly, making treatment more simple and effective. We also screen for signs of Oral Cancers.

Can I park nearby?There is on street parking available outside the practice, which is free for 2 hours so usually sufficient for your appointment. Sometimes these areas get busy, but fortunatley there are a couple of reasonably priced car parks nearby.

Is there disabled access?The practice is well equipped for disabled access. Our surgery is on the ground floor and can accomodate most wheelchairs.

What if I am unhappy about my experience?If you are unhappy with any part of your experience with us, then please let us know as soon as you can. We aim to be approachable and will do our best to resolve any problems quickly with a solution which is acceptable for you.
